PHOTOGRAPHS:  Limited edition gelatin silver prints on archival quality paper, signed and numbered. Several recent images are archival pigment prints, also in limited edition.

THEME:  These images capture the vitality and diversity of New York City. Daily activities are depicted, whether ordinary or dramatic. People in the photographs react to the random events of urban life with clarity or ambiguity, calm or frenzy, sadness or joy. Architectural structures, signs, and mechanical / electronic devices also highlight the city’s evolving environment.

TECHNIQUE:  The technique reflects traditional “street photography” with frequent use of wide-angle and telephoto lenses.
